Xiehe Cross-Campus CUG Activity


11月30日,协和教育的大学升学指导团队莅临利亚德•蓝硕数字艺术科创基地(以下简称“蓝硕科技”)。与以往教育行业的参访不同,本次升学指导活动,大学升学指导团队首次与顶尖行业的企业雇主面对面交流探讨。

On 30 November, the Xiehe cross-campus counselors of university guidance (CUG) team visited Linso Culture & Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This encounter marked a departure from our usual visits within the educational sector, as it was the first time the CUG team had the opportunity to engage in face-to-face discussions with leading employer in the industry.

蓝硕科技是全球领先的高端创意LED显示系统方案专家和创意视效内容方案专业制造商,其业务涵盖创意LED显示设计与制造、创意数字内容与主题方案设计服务,以及艺术科技空间的商业运营。

在这次参访中,蓝硕科技向我们展示了超高清显示、虚拟现实、沉浸式光影秀、裸眼3D、数字艺术等现代化数字技术。

参观完蓝硕科技基地后,蓝硕科技的董事长陈剑先生,与升学指导团队分享了利亚德•蓝硕技术蓬勃发展的历程,并详细介绍了企业在产学研用、产教结合、人才招聘标准方面的理念。

在交流过程中,陈董事长强调,企业在招聘过程中注重应聘者的学历背景,同时更看重其解决实际问题的实践能力。他表示,对于一些零基础、刚刚步入职场的高校毕业生,只要具备良好的个人综合素养,并愿意在创新环境中不断磨练自己,企业将愿意提供培养机会,助其成长。

与此同时,在谈到协和高中学生可能参与的实践体验项目时,陈董事长与升学指导团队进行了愉快的交流。双方表示愿意积极探索,为高中生的职业规划和实践体验提供更深入的合作交流。

本次交流活动的第二部分内容是围绕目前学校早申阶段情况的专题研讨。各校区升学指导们从现有的申请趋势,谈到AI工具的使用,再到典型个案分享,以及内外部优质资源的引入等方面进行了充分的交流。

林艳 Joyce Lin(三林校区)

Through the visit, I have enriched my knowledge of creative LED Display products and understood the recruitment criteria. And more importantly, I have personally been inspired by the following CUG discussion, especially the application trend shared by each campus. As a counsellor, the opportunity to communicate with frontline employers is valuable, as it will arm us with real and effective information to instruct our students in major selection and college choice. The mutual exchange of the application trend will keep us updated to meet various challenges from college application or school counselling.

每一次的跨校区升学指导交流活动都让我感到收获颇丰。这次的企业参访学习交流使我们这些升学指导更深刻地思考如何更好地支持学生未来的职业发展。

Ted Corbould(教科校区)

The visit to Linso provided valuable insights into the LED business and the potential opportunities it holds. The possibilities for SUIS students were evident, and the use of high-tech equipment made the experience quite enjoyable, reminiscent of my teenage years. Meanwhile, the updates shared from various campuses were informative and allowed me to stay connected with the ongoing activities in other locations. The networking opportunities within the SUIS counseling system resulted in new contacts that could prove beneficial in the future.

Through this visit, guidance counselors from across SUIS campuses got the valuable insight on the innovation and cutting edge technology the company spearheads in the industry. Guidance counselors also learned the skills and competences top notch companies are looking at for recruitment. The visit enhanced our understanding of the importance of interdisciplinary academic pursuit, for instance incorporating technology with design. It helps us to guide students for future ready major and career exploration.

这次有幸与其他升学指导一起走进利亚德•蓝硕数字艺术科创基地,通过企业家的角度深入了解企业在用人时看中的能力和品质。这次经历为我提供了宝贵的视角,将有助于我在未来的升学指导工作中更好地引导学生制定学业和职业规划,鼓励他们积极参与各类活动,不断探索自我,成就更出色的自己。

此次参访让我大开眼界!蓝硕科技以“美术馆工厂”的理念向我们展示了全球领先的LED显示技术。作为升学指导,我们应该鼓励学生积极争取更多职业体验机会,并在选择专业时结合个人兴趣与产业需求。学生们在专业学习的同时,要保持视野开阔,学习跨学科知识,以提升自身竞争力。

这次的参访交流活动对于我作为升学指导老师来说具有重要的意义。一方面,“去电子化”和空间美学的艺术理念拓宽了我对艺术与高科技交叉领域的认知;另一方面,高新企业对国际学生现在和未来发展的培养理念非常有价值。作为升学指导,我期待能将最前沿的科技发展趋势和最新的未来职业规划理念带给我的学生们。

这次的参访让我们更深刻地了解了企业对未来人才发展的需求。作为升学指导,我们将积极鼓励学生们走进企业,与企业进行对话,通过亲身经历促使学生更全面地认知自我并推动个人发展。



这是协和教育的升学指导老师们第一次走进一线企业,这次的参访与交流为我们提供了有益的经验,让我们进一步体会到跨学科融合的重要性,尤其是面对瞬息万变的未来,我们该如何更好地设计、引导学生进行未来职业、专业方向的探索与规划,促进了我们对大学升学指导工作的深度思考。

This marked the inaugural engagement for the Xiehe cross-campus CUG team with frontline enterprise. The visit and exchange imparted valuable insights, reinforcing our understanding of the significance of interdisciplinary, integration and collaboration. Particularly in the context of a rapidly evolving future, it underscored the need for enhanced strategies in guiding and designing pathways for our students as they explore and plan for their future careers and professional development. This experience has spurred profound reflections on the intricacies of university guidance work.
