2025-2026 Admission to Secondary One
1.本校中一開設四班，學額共 160 個。
其中「自行分配學位」90 個 ，統一派位」10 個及「學校保留學位」60 個。
Our school offers 160 seats for Secondary One, divided into 4 classes.These include 90 "Discretionary Places" (DP), 10 "Central Allocation" (CA) places and 60 "SchoolReserved Places"
2.申請辦法:
a.於 2025年1月2日(星期四)至1月 16 日(星期四)申請培僑「中一自行分配學位」;
b.於 2025 年4月份填報教育局「中一派位選擇學校表格」’填選培僑中學為首志願;或
c.於 2025 年6月中旬報考本校「學校保留瞾位」°
2.Applications Instructions:
For the 2025-2026 academic year, applicants should either:
a. Submit the "Second One Discretionary Places" application from January 2, 2025 (Thursday)
to January 16, 2025 (Thursday);
b. Fill in the "Choice of Schools Form" from the Education Bureau in April 2025, listing Pui KiuMiddle School as your first choice or
c. Apply for our school's “School Reserved Places" in mid-June 2025

Notes on Application for 2025-2026 Secondary One Discretionary Places
1.按照教育局中學學位分配辦法，每位小六學生只可向不多於兩所中學申請自行分配位， 否則其獲得自行分配學位的機會將被取消。
1.According to the Education Bureau's Secondary School Places Allocation System, each Primary6 student may apply to not more than two participating secondary schools. Otherwise, his/herdiscretionary place applications will be rendered void.
2.申請日期:2025年1月2日(星期四)至1月 16 日(星期四)。
2.Application Period: January 2 (Thursday) to January 16 (Thursday), 2025
3.報名辦法 : 請於 2025年1月2日(星期四)至1月16 日(星期四)期間，於本校報名網頁申請 。 完成中請後須列印填妥之中請表，連同下列文件親身遞交到校務處。(無須遞交小學校長推薦信
3.Application Process Details: You may download the application form from our school's websitestarting from January 2 (Thursday) to January 16 (Thursday), 2025. Once you have filled out theform, you have to submit the form printout along with the following necessary documents to theschool office in person. (Recommendation letters from the primary school principals are notrequired.)
由教育局發出的「中一自行分配學位申請表」;
身分証明文件影印本;
小五上、下學期成績表及小六上學期成績表影印本(如有);
最近兩年各類校内或校外取得獎項及証書影印本(請盡量提供);
照片一張;
已貼上郵票之回郵信封。

Copies of Report Cards from the 1st and 2nd terms in Primary 5 and the 1st term in Primary 6 (ifavailable):
Copies of Awards and Certificates you have earned, both from school-related activities and otherrecognized bodies over the past two years (provide as many as possible);

4.遞交方式:
a.親身遞交
請在上述申請日期内於辦公時間带同所需文件到本校遞交。本校辦公時間:
星期一至星期五 上午 9時至 12時，下午1時至5時。
星期六上午9時至 12 时。
公眾假期除外

b.中一派位霍子平台
為配合「智慧政府+」策略，教育局會已將中一人學申請全面電子化。家長可以於 2024 年 12月5日開始登人「中一派位電子平台」。有關建立帳戶所需的啟動碼及相 關查詢，請與貴子女就讀小學(適用於参加派位學生)或教育局學位分配组(用於非参加派位生)絡。
b. Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) e-Platform
In line with the Goverment's iAM Smart+ strategy, the Education Bureau has fully implementeddigitalization of Secondary One admission. Parents may access the “SSPA e-Platform" startingfrom December 5, 2024. For enquiries related to the activation code required for account creationplease contact your child's attending primary school (applicable to participating students) or theSchool Places Allocation Section of the Education Bureau (applicable to non-participatingstudents).
5.學生面試將於 2025年3月8日(星期六)舉行，約見時間將會另函通知; 家長面談将另行約見約見日期及時間稍後通知。
5.linterviews: Student interviews for the applicants of the Secondary One Discretionary Places willtake place on March 8, 2024 (Saturday). $pecific times for the interviews will be notifiedindividually. Parents may be interviewed as well. Details of the parent interviews will be announcedlater.
6.收生準則與比重:根據學生校內成績(50%)、操行及面試表現(50%)整體评分。
6.Admission Criteria and Weighting: The final score for admission is based on a combination ofacademic grades (50%) and interview performance(50%)
7.根據教育局新通知安排，已獲納人白行分配學位正取名單之學生將於 2025 年3月 31 日(星期一)以電話及書面通知;學位分配結果將於 2025 年7月8日(星期二)由教育局透過就讀小學公佈。
7.Notification of Results: The Education Bureau will inform successful applicants of theirDiscretionary Places allocation via phone and letter on March 30, 2025 (Monday). All results willbe released by the Education Bureau on July 8, 2025 (Tuesday) and disseminated through theirattending primary schools.
