亲爱的文泽学生，家长和朋友们：

非常荣幸我们的松山湖校区终于在2019-2020学期正式开学！为了实现学校的愿景，为了顺利开学，我们经过了不断的规划，建设和不懈的付出。

我很高兴能成为东华文泽学校的创校校长，让我有机会利用我在美国和中国长达7年的领导经验，以及14年经验建立完善的学习体系来推动学生的学习成长，并培育和维持互相合作的文化。

我和学校的每一位员工，都在学校的使命、愿景和价值观的驱动下，实现有教无类；并致力让所有学生从世界一流的教育中获益，成为有创造力、充满好奇心和具有批判性思维的人才。我知道，在带领学校前进和发展方面，我肩负着重大的责任。我承诺在日常运营时做到互相包容，使我们能够建立积极正面的学校文化，建立持久的关系，和尊重文化差异。

我相信，我们有能力把可能实现的目标取得实实在在的成果。我们将自豪地踏上了一段融合“丰富历史”与“创新未来”的学习之旅，而父母和孩子们将成为我们的同路人，一同为未来的挑战做好准备并好奇地探索这个充满可能性的世界。

只有启发每个孩子及装备他们取得成功，才是持久实践东华文泽学校愿景的做法！

Dear Wenzel Students, Families, and Friends,

It is with great honor and enthusiasm that we open the Songshan Lake campus for the 2019-2020 school year. Much planning, construction, and investment have gone into realizing the vision of our school and preparing for a successful opening year.

I am thrilled to be Wenzel’s founding Head of School where I have been given the opportunity to utilize my seven years of leadership experience, both in America and China, and fourteen years of building learning systems to impact student learning and ensure a nurturing and sustaining culture of collaboration.

I am driven, as is every staff member at Wenzel, by our mission, vision, and values and committed to making our school a place where all students are welcome and are benefactors of a world-class education that prepares them to become creative, curious, and critical thinkers. While responsibility is shared, I recognize the unique role I play in the growth and development of our school community and will ensure that inclusive practices are integrated into the daily operations so that we can build a positive school culture, establish enduring relationships, and respond in culturally appropriate ways.

I believe we have the power to transform what we think of as possible into tangible outcomes. We are proud to embark on a learning journey that fuses our rich history with an innovative future, supported by parents and children who want to be prepared for the challenges ahead and are curious to explore the world of possibilities. Only when every child is inspired and equipped to succeed, does the Wenzel vision endure.
