在翘首以盼的新学年即将到来之际，佛山霍利斯很高兴地和大家分享几个激动人心的学校发展新举措。这些新举措旨在丰富学生们的学习体验，为他们的未来做好准备。前段时间，我们分享过有关预备部新学年的发展情况，在这篇文章中，我们将重点介绍中学部学生和家长都非常期待的新项目：

在当今这个快节奏的世界中，计算机科学处于创新的最前沿，佛山霍利斯致力于确保我们的学生能为未来做好准备。为了支持这一承诺，学校正在扩大师资力量和教学设施。新的项目和发展包括：

• 创意艺术学科增设计算机实验室： 

这个新实验室将技术与创意相结合，将为学生提供最先进的资源，以探索计算机科学和艺术碰撞的火花。

• 全新的计算机科学电竞室：

在过去的一年里，我们一直在努力设计一个配备先进的照明系统和展览配套，可供长期使用的艺术画廊。我们将在这里定期举办客座艺术家的展览，并展示我们学生的作品。现阶段大家可以通过3D渲染图像率先了解到我们艺术画廊的设计效果图。

以上这些新增的设施将从8月开始投入使用，以确保我们不断增长的学生群体能拥有最好的设施来支持他们的教育和个人成长。期待可以尽快与您分享这些照片！

我们为创校毕业生感到无比自豪，他们将在中国香港、英国和美国开始他们的学术之旅。在这一成功的基础上，我们正在通过几项关键举措来增强我们的12-13年级学生的学习体验：

为了进一步帮助我们的学生确立未来学习的方向，我们为那些打算在美国读大学的学生引入一位专门的美国升学指导员。

• 专门为A Level学生准备的12-13年级指南: 

这本全面的指南将为学生提供宝贵的见解和指引，帮助他们在A-level学习中取得优异成绩。

明年，我们的学生将有机会参加两次激动人心的旅行：瑞士的滑雪之旅和西班牙的研学之旅。这些全球探险之旅将把学习扩展到课堂之外，为学生提供沉浸式的文化体验和实践体验。

As we eagerly anticipate the upcoming school year, LEH Foshan is delighted to unveil several exciting new developments designed to enrich our students' learning experiences and equip them for the future. Previously, we shared updates about our Prep School (click here to review). In this article, we highlight what our Secondary School students and parents can look forward to:

In today's fast-paced world, computer science is at the forefront of innovation, and we are committed to ensuring our students are future-ready. To support this commitment, we are expanding our faculty and facilities. Our new developments include:

• Additional Computer Lab in the Creative Arts Faculty: 

Integrating technology with creativity, this new lab will provide students with state-of-the-art resources to explore the interdiv of computer science and the arts.

• Brand-new E-sports Room for Computer Science:

Recognising the growing importance of e-sports and digital literacy, we are excited to introduce an e-sports room. This space will offer students hands-on experience with gaming technology, fostering skills in strategy, teamwork, and problem-solving.

In addition to the recently added Golf Simulator Room in our boarding house and the above-mentioned computer science facilities, we are excited to announce further enhancements to our learning spaces, particularly in the Secondary School. These new facilities include:

• Three Additional Science Labs: 

Equipped with the latest technology, these labs will provide students with ample opportunities to engage in hands-on experiments and scientific exploration.

These will be dedicated to various subjects. Each classroom is designed to create an optimal learning environment with state-of-the-art resources and flexible seating arrangements.

• New Art Gallery:

Over the past year, we have been working hard on the designs for a permanent Art Gallery, which includes state-of-the-art lighting and an exciting exhibition structure. We will be holding regular exhibitions by visiting artists as well as showcasing our students' work. Here we can reveal to you how our new Gallery will look in these 3D-rendered images.

All these new spaces will be fully utilised from August, ensuring that our growing student body has the best possible facilities to support their education and personal growth. We look forward to sharing the photos with you soon!

Our school is rapidly expanding, and we are delighted to welcome over 15 new teachers who will be joining us in August. These talented educators will be enriching our students' learning across various subjects, including Art, Computer Science, Drama, PE, Science, Design & Technology, Geography, Mathematics, English, Chinese and Spanish.

Stay tuned as we introduce our new teachers in the coming weeks and learn more about the unique expertise and passion, they bring to LEH Foshan.

We are immensely proud of our founding graduating class, who are set to embark on their academic journeys in Hong Kong, the UK, and the US. Building on this success, we are enhancing our Sixth Form experience with several key initiatives:

• New Sixth Form Centre in the Boarding House: 

Year 12 and 13 students will benefit from dedicated spaces on a new floor, including private study areas, a careers office, and teaching rooms. This environment is designed to support their academic and career aspirations.

• US University Counsellor: 

To further assist our students in navigating their future educational pathways, we are introducing a dedicated counsellor for those aiming for universities in the US.

• Sixth Form Student Guidebook to Studying A Levels: 

This comprehensive guidebook will provide valuable insights and guidance to help our students excel in their A-level studies.

Next year, our students will have the opportunities to enjoy two thrilling trips: a ski trip in Switzerland and a residential tour in Spain. These adventures will extend learning beyond the classroom, offering cultural immersion and hands-on experiences.

The ski trip in Switzerland will help students develop new skills and enjoy the stunning alpine scenery, while the Spain tour will immerse them in Spanish culture, language, and history. Both trips promise fun, learning, and personal growth. Stay tuned for more details and photos!
